Installing Recovery
- Enter fastboot mode by using a key combination Power + Vol Down.
- Connect your device to your PC via USB.
- Verify that your PC detects the device with fastboot devices.
- Flash the recovery onto your device using fastboot flash recovery recovery.img.
- Reboot into recovery mode by holding Power + Vol Up.
Installing ROM
- Download the latest release of Halcyon.
- Reboot into recovery mode.
- Perform a Format data.
- Return to the main menu.
- Select Apply update > Apply from ADB.
- Now you can start sideloading by this command:
adb sideload halcyon_merlinx-xxxxx.zip

Method
From MIUI (R-Vendor)/Rom Vendor S:
- Flash 12.5.4 for Merlinx
- Flash recovery.img from SuperiorOS
- Boot to recovery
- Go to Apply Update.
- Sideload the ROM
- Format data.(Check Note)
- Boot to system.
From R-Vendor ROMs (A13, 12L, 12 and 11):
- Boot into Recovery.
- Flash 12.5.4 FW for merlinx (Not always, only if the rom is not based on FW 12.5.4)
- Go to Apply Update.
- Sideload the ROM
- Format data.(Check Note)
- Boot to system.
